Having realised and recognised that spiritual, educational and integrated approach is the major answer to needy disadvantaged children and country development, the experiences of HIV/AIDS, poverty and natural disasters in Uganda over the last three decades have left many people particularly orphaned children and youth in a situation of extreme vulnerability having been left destitute, abused and exploited, we are conscious of the need to protect, educate, develop and save this vital population spiritually and materially from the above problems.

We also realize that education and spiritual empowerment is the best support we can give these unfortunate children and youth for their social and economic emancipation.

We wish to bring together, coordinate efforts and value the importance of uplifting the welfare of needy and disadvantaged children by giving them what they rightly require.

We would also like to promote, further and give others the opportunity to share ideas about looking after children and also generate issues which help improving the spiritual and material life of children through protecting them and their rights.

This baby was found dumped at garbage pit . She is now under Pearl Children's Care Centre
